The location and description of the proposed work are as follows: The proposed work is located in Santa Cruz County on I-19 between MP 11 and MP 24.2, beginning approximately 11 miles north of Nogales. The proposed work consists of installation of barbed wire fence and removal of existing fence, and other related work, along both edges of the I-19 right-of-way, and between the I-19 frontage roads and the I-19 mainline.
